These are jalapeno “boats” stuffed with cheddar, cream cheese, onions, cilantro and garlic. Half of them also are wrapped with bacon. All of them were roasted on the Egg at 375 degrees. They were delicious, although I found I preferred the ones without bacon (yes, those words came from my lips) and I think that the next time I do this I’ll use a jalapeno rack.
Don’t know what ABTs are? Google ‘ABT recipe.’ They’re addictive and a favorite of Q folks who need to make a snack for the guests while the brisket finishes. Me, I find that a few of these and a salad make a fine meal.
