T-minus-3 to Meat Day

Now in a beat-up old dorm fridge that’s in my den because there’s nowhere else to put it:

11 pounds of brisket
Nine pounds of pork butt roast
Nine pounds of ribs
8.5 pounds of chicken (two whole chickens)
Soon to come: Five pounds of Texas sausage

That’s forty-two pounds of meat. It’ll take about 15 hours to cook it all. It looks like we could have 35 people. Mmmmmmmm.
